Kalyan Dombivli Branch of WIRC of ICAI, is one of the youngest branch. It is also one of the mega branches of ICAI. Formed in February 2016, it was formally inaugurated at the auspicious hands of then ICAI president CA Devaraja Reddy and Vice President CA Nilesh Vikamsey on 10th April 2016.

Branch caters to approximately 3500 members and 10000 students. Area under the branch spread from Dombivli to Neral, Shahapur and Bhiwandi. It’s a very vast geographical periphery to which branch needs to serve. Considering the number of members and students and the distance encompassing the branch it was a necessity to have a branch in the area. The request of the members and students was honored by the Central council of the Institute by forming the branch and a branch was formed.

Kalyan- Dombivli branch is determined to serve the students and members in best possible manner and develop the necessary infrastructure and facilities at the doorstep of the members and students. Branch focuses on such decentralization which will save a lot of time and energy of members and students. Currently branch is serving its students through its Head office at Kalyan, Reading Rooms at Dombivli, Kalyan and Bhiwandi and a state of art ITT center at Dombivli. Considering the dynamics of the Branch and its vast spread every effort is being made to decentralise the activities of the branch by maintaining feasibility of the same.
